If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say?  And why are you waiting?”  Stephen Levine

Finally got some good saddle time on the mountain bike this weekend.  Man did it feel good and right.  1 1/2 hours on Saturday and 2 1/2 hours on Sunday.

Saturday I did a nice solo ride and had one of those days where everything just clicked.  It seemed that every line was the right one.  The trails were packed with hiker’s, climber’s and even the 4:20 crowd.  I was a bit amazed that I didn’t see another rider out there.

Sunday I met up with BBB and Buggy.   The ride was again excellent even if I broke a rear derailleur and hanger 10 minutes in.  I got the rear set in the center of the cassette and rode the three gears up front.  Still Kick ASS.

Now it’s no secret that I am a big Oakley fan.  I have an abnormally large amount of them and am interested in getting more.  So I was not surprised to see that the Chilean Miners being rescued are wearing Oakley’s to adapt to the light.

The rescue is pretty captivating and appeals to my PollyAnnaish side. Pretty inspiring

Over on the MLBB’s Facebook page and on Twitter I put out a call for some picture’s of  your Life Behind Bars.  Here are a few of the submissions.  Send some pic’s of your ride over. I’ll post em.

Dave’s Life Behind Bar’s was derailed for awhile. He couldn’t stand it anymore.  The wife didn’t approve.  I do
JC’s Life Behind Bars stopped for a moment to take in the scenery
Jordan’s Life Behind Bars stopped from moving at it’s usual race winning pace to take in the view.

My Life Behind Bars.  The New BMC Fourstroke is a great ride.

Have a Quotable Wednesday, get radtacular and send in some pic’s.  It’s time for me to go peddle velo’s.
